From Napoli to Your Local Area
The dream that sparked 'HerbalMorsel' was to introduce true Neapolitan pizzas to London. The venture, established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, began as a quaint, locally-owned business steeped in family recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, the visionary behind our establishment, mastered pizza craft during a sojourn across Italy, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples, the cradle of pizza. After coming back to the UK, she aimed to replicate the enchantment of quintessential Italian pizzas, emphasizing time-honored techniques and the purest ingredients.
From humble beginnings as a cozy 12-seater pizza shop, it has flourished into a cherished community staple. However, our dedication to crafting the finest pizzas has remained constant. We still employ traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and seek out the best ingredients available.
Persisting as a family-run enterprise, 'HerbalMorsel' is now under the stewardship of the Rossi family's next generation, who lead our enthusiastic crew. While we've adapted some contemporary advancements, our core purpose endures: to deliver scrumptious, genuine pizzas that unite our patrons.
