Payment must be received by HerbalMorsel before any goods are dispatched. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. Please note that all delivery times quoted on the website are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. HerbalMorsel may not be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of goods, however caused.
6. Returns and Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site, you may return the item(s) within a specific period of time for a refund as specified in our return policy. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
